Old, New and Medieval Rejv Evphoria: Grabbe yovr magick glowstick!

Det ähr intte så atth wi will wara Rodeobloggen, men något i zeitgeisten (ett slags mgiskt finger som stickes vpp i lvften och känner aw wad som är hett och wad som inte ähr deth) kallar på en commentar. Det handlar om rejven, som än en gång werkar återvppstå. Och då pratar wi inthe om vnga människor som klär sig i spejsade byxor och har ryggsäckar som ser vt som könssjvkdomar och har skrikigt färgath garn i håret och jonglerar med eldh och dansar till enfaldig mvsik från Israel, nej, wi talar här om den egentliga riktigha rejven. In the svmmer of A.D. 2005, at theyr ad hoc London clvb night Gauche Chic, the feativity people Niyi and K-tron pvlled ovt a best-of-1990s-rave-hits CD and played it to a crowd of teen-agers and twentysomethings. Ye kids were too yovng to have felt the fvll force of Let Me Be Your Fantasy the first time around. Gott så. Rejven är haer igjen. Men att säga att rejv är någoth som vppstodh på hedarna i det förenade kvngarikets i slvtet av 1980-taleth är ingeth annath änn en lögn. I siälwa werket har rejv fvnnits sedan digerdödens dagar på det glada 1300-taleth, och då war rejven stilfvll och gracieuse.
